How does it work?
Order, then send us your favorite photo. You'll see a preview the same day — often in minutes — and we'll refine it with you, unlimited revisions, until it's exactly them. Once you love it, it ships in 3–5 business days.
What photo should I send?
Taken at eye level, in soft daylight, with the whole head and ears visible. Phone photos are perfect. If you only have one photo of them, send it — we'll make it work.
What kinds of pets can you paint?
Any pet, truly. Dogs and cats are our most common, but we also paint horses, rabbits, birds, guinea pigs, hamsters, reptiles, fish — every companion. If you loved them, we can paint them.
What if the portrait doesn't feel right?
Tell us. Revisions are unlimited and free, before printing, until you love it. If we can't get it right, we can refund you before printing.
Returns and damage
Because each portrait is made only for your pet, personalized items are final sale. If your print arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it at no cost, no questions.
How is the artwork made?
Each portrait is original digital artwork created with AI-assisted tools and hand-picked by you once you love it — because likeness is everything, and only you can know when it's them.
Shipping
Preview the same day you send your photo. Once you approve, your portrait ships in 3–5 business days.
Gift orders
No invoice inside, your gift note included. Ask the recipient for a photo “for a project” to keep the surprise.
How do I send my photo after ordering?
After you order, visit app.goldenhourpaws.com/portal and enter your order number. From there you can upload your photo, preview the portrait, and approve it for printing.
